OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days depending on availability and credit verification. However during our sale period, delivery times will be longer (5-6 business days).
Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created.
KDreaming will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
RETURNS
The Information You Need To Know
We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. Please fill in your returns form when sending items back for refund and/or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.
Any products purchased under the Mystery Box option cannot be refunded or exchanged. Underwear and socks can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
